Step-By-Step Instructions
1. Click on your User Profile in the upper right-hand corner
2. Click “Settings”
3. Type “Grant” into the left-hand search bar, click “Grant Account Login Access”
4. Find "Grounded Solutions Network Support" and select an Access Duration
Done! You will be able to change the access duration as necessary.
When receiving help from HomeKeeper Support, we may request login access to your organization. This allows us to view your instance from your perspective. This article provides instructions on how to grant temporary login access.
